i’ve decided to focus on environmental issues through art! this is a good way to raise awareness in society and urge my peers to take action! my peers appreciate good art and by using this as a medium, i’m hoping to bring about some change in my community and amongst my peers!
excited to announce that i’m going to take action for environmental issues! part of taking action involves raising awareness in my community, and i’ll be attempting to do this through art! learn more about the endangered green turtles!

this is just a rough sketch of a cute cafe i saw somewhere on the internet! it’s minimalist and the color scheme (a lovely pale blue and grey) really caught my eye! not a difficult sketch, but considering i haven’t drawn in two weeks, this was good enough to brush up my skills.
finally got time to do more line work! this year is pretty hectic: i’m art club head, university ASB head, and working as a teacher in the skills development module for self study and i may take up an open elective course on training in counselling. wish me luck!!!
been working on my line drawings! this is the second line drawing i’ve done and it’s much better than it used to be! although the drawing pens that i purchased don’t really seem to be really effective on this kind of paper? if you know what kind of paper i should be using for the ink-filled design pens, let me know!
recently invested in a good quality sketchbook and some micro tip pens! i really like the quality of the pens, but i’m not too sure what kind of paper i should be using them on so i’m still struggling!
i’ve started to work on more complex architectural pieces, and this time, i’ve included a tree, which i shaded using only watercolor! i’m pretty satisfied with the result, now to practice the same thing on the houses.
